Samarassame Taniga : President
After earning Master degrees both in Economics and computer science, he worked in many multinational companies. Presently he is working as Project Manager in the oldest French bank in Paris. Living in France for the past 40 years and involved in many socio-cultural associations as their executive committee member, he has the opportunity to understand the underpinnings of both French and Indian society to help Indian Diaspora in France. He has travelled in more than 40 countries.
His main ambition is to make our children living in France take forward successfully our Indian heritage to next century.
Joginder Kumar : Vice President
Joginder Kumar has been a successful businessman in France and USA for over 25 years and have multiple restaurants across continents. He has attended several Pravasi Bharatiya Divas as panelist and is the founder president of Federation of Franco-Indian Associations, France.
He is self-motivated, ambitious and eager to learn. He is a responsible individual with strong communication skills and work ethics besides being creative, focused and highly determined. He has a deep understand in developing businesses across France, USA and India.
Sourav Choudhury : General Secretary
An anthropologist from the University of Delhi, Sourav Choudhury is involved in community related activities since 2007 when he founded the first ever web platform for the Indian students and expatriates of France. Since then he has personally helped more than a thousand Indians in Paris and his facebook group is the place of socialisation and self-help of the Indian community coming to France.
Professionally, he helps businesses to establish their digital strategies. He conceptualises and manages development of web platforms, manages IT offshore teams in India and intervenes as a cross cultural IT trainer for French managers who want to work with Indians.
Nagapraveen Jayaprakash : Organisational Secretary
My schooling at Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Education, Pondicherry has and will be the highlights of my life. My personal objective is to live up to the values inculcated by my parents and my school.
With a doctoral degree from a reputed french engineering school, I have been working for multi-national companies in France, helping them implement their outsourcing strategies. In parallel, my hobbies include organising monthly business gatherings between Indian and french entrepreneurs for a better business and cultural relations between India and France.
